The Windows installer puts MAD Connect on your computer with Desktop and Start menu shortcuts. Open your installed shortcut for the next hangout; you do not need to run the installer every time.

Preview executables do not yet have a Windows Authenticode signature. Windows may show a reputation warning. Only download from madconnect.us; do not disable antivirus or device security protections.
Updates that wait for you
Installed versions starting with 1.4.3 check for new releases on launch and periodically while open. The app verifies signed update metadata and installer checksums before a download becomes installable.
An available update brings a notification and a top-right button. You choose when to restart, and that button waits while you are in a call or sharing your screen. A ready update can also apply when you fully quit the app.
Closing the window normally keeps MAD Connect in the system tray, so your call can continue. Use Quit MAD Connect in the tray menu to exit completely. The startup screen uses our animated logo.
Prefer the browser?
Open MAD Connect on the web without installing anything. Sign in with the same account to reach your friends, servers and messages. Device and browser support can affect calling and screen sharing.
A separate portable Windows executable is available when you do not want an installation. It does not create the same installed shortcuts and does not update automatically.
Dedicated mobile and macOS apps are not available yet. Learn about voice chat and screen sharing or finding gaming friends before you join.
